GENERAL MEMBERS
General Membership in the Montana Telecommunications Association (MTA) shall be limited to incumbent local exchange carriers which provide local exchange telecommunications services to consumers within the state of Montana. No company, firm, corporation or cooperative, through its subsidaries or other affiliated operations owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by such company, firm, corporation or cooperative shall be entitled to more than one seat on the Board of Directors representing that company and all of its affiliates collectively.
