Showcase Scholarship Winners of $1000 are:

Chelsea M. Brauer is a senior attending Forsyth High School and she ranks 1 out of 32 students. Chelsea plans on entering the Pre-Pharamcy Program at the University of Montana in Missoula, and will also attend the Davidson Honors College. Her desire is to become a Pharmacist. Her mother is employed with Range Telephone Cooperative.
Taisha M. McWilliams is also a senior attending Fairfield High School and ranks 1 out of 43 students. Her plans are to attend Montana State University in Bozeman to pursue a degree in pre-medical studies and business to eventually become a doctor or a healthcare administrator. Her father is employed with 3 Rivers Communications.

These Showcase scholarships were available to all dependents of full or part-time employees of independent telephone companies in Montana. The scholarships can be used at any university, college or vocational technical center in the United States. The Scholarship Committee representing suppliers and member companies selects the recipient by taking in consideration grade point average, past accomplishments, future goals, and extra curricular activities.
